Touch Bar Speak
Using a touch bar on Windows? TouchBarSpeak lets you press escape and F1–F12 keys once to hear their name, and twice to actually activate them.
How fast the second keypress has to occur in relation to the first one, whether the app runs as administrator, and the double-press mode is active or not can be viewed and changed by clicking on the TouchBarSpeak system tray icon.
Warning! Due to a Windows limitation that prevents interaction between non-elevated and elevated apps (apps not ran as administrator and those that are), I recommend running TouchBarSpeak as admin (if possible) for the best possible experience (click on its system tray icon and make sure “Run as admin” is checked, and activate it if not). The setting saves across restarts, and results in TouchBarSpeak re-running itself as admin. This is just a potentially more convenient way than pressing applications on TouchBarSpeak.exe and clicking “Run as admin” or going to properties/compatibility/run as admin.
Limitations
More info can be found in the “!readme.txt” file inside the zip.

Capbeeper
Warns you when your capslock is on with a sound, and optionally automatically forces it off if the relevant setting is turned on. Changing the frequency of warnings, auto-forcing capslllllock off, running the app as admin or not, and exiting the program can be done by clicking Capbeeper's system tray icon.
Warning! For the best chance of it working properly no matter what program/window/dialog you're focused on, run Capbeeper as administrator.
Originally made for Cardinal.
New in 2024.0: better handling of system tray clicks which fixes the bug where the tray menu would open twice, slight volume adjustment to make sounds that play when toggling options a little quieter, and the run as admin feature (click the system tray icon/run as admin): Capbeeper will ask for a restart, restart itself, and run itself as administrator. This setting saves across restarts.

Defword
Provides English word definitions. If there are audio clips of pronunciations available for the word entered, it plays the first one automatically, but you may also play all of the available files manually with control+1 through 0, or by tabbing to the pronunciations list, and either pressing enter on the desired list item, pressing alt+p, or tabbing once more and pressing the play button.
Thanks to Seedy Three Sixty for bug reports and testing.
Changes in 2024.2: support for more audio formats of the pronunciation audio clips (most are mp3, but some are ogg).

Manifestomatic
Inspired by addons such as Cricricri, this standalone app searches for NVDA addons folder, asks you to locate it if the folder cannot be found, and upon asking you what version to change all addon manifests to, backs all of them up and modifies them. Unlike some addons that break unicode symbols in manifests, Manifestommatic should not.

Reeval
Regular Expression Evaluator lets you input your regex pattern, text (string), set your options, and it shows the results of the regex match in a treeview with regexp groups as expandable trees. You can copy a currently selected treeview item by pressing enter on it, or shift+enter to copy all treeview items to clipboard. You can also switch to the export tab and export results formatted in different ways, or press control+o in order to load a file and match against it instead of manually entering text. You may also press f1 to open a third-party regex tutorial in browser. If the matching takes too long, you can press escape to cancel it.

Talking Calculator
Included in Smart Assistants.
A multilingual calculator that uses recorded audio clips to provide spoken feedback for digits entered, operations used, and the final result. It supports addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as English, Croatian, Macedonian, and Serbian languages.
TC supports only two operands that can range from 0 to 999999999, neither inputting nor speaking decimals is supported. An operand can be negated by pressing s after inputting it first.
This project would not exist without the majority of the coding work being done by my uncle, Viktor Kovac, and gifted to me to expand up on it, which I have mostly done by working with other people such as:
